You can meet them, but I doubt you'll find one on this website, unless you post in Yahoo Japan (in Japanese). If you want to meet someone before you go, you should post this on a travel forum. This site gets a lot of people from various countries:

I'm not sure what kind of "fun" you want to have, but if you just want a native to show you around, then that sight (and others like it) should be good!
