I am an bioenginnering student at temple universtiy, i am a freshman (2nd sem), i probably will have a decent freshmen avg. like 3.4 . I havent taken bio1 yet, and sense the engineering program is packed with a lot of classes, i reallly dont have time to take some pre-med classes, is it okay to take some pre-med classes during summer school at a community college. (ie. corning community college)? will it make a difference, or hurt my chances, if i take some pre-med classes (bio1) at a community college?

It's fine to take pre-med classes at a CC, but you better get all A's in them because med schools know it's a lot easier at a CC.

3.4 is quite respectable for an engineering student. How many of your classes were GE classes and how many were bioengineering?

No, you will be fine. It is quiet hard though, to take a pre-med class in the summer, let alone a few of them.
