The angle of depression (I hope) is the angle formed by me and the shadow, where the vertex is at my head. This angle is then Tan-1(1/5).
Go to the tangent table and find the value 0.2 (or the closest value in the table), and read off the angle. Should be somewhat less than 11 degrees.

65/15 = tan x
x = 77°

tanx = 65/15

x= 12.99 degrees
