my grandparent's are a blessing 2 me because I grew up in foster care and when I finally did get 2 come back home, (not to mention that I did'nt even know any of my family)it was my grandmother who took me under her wing and made me whole again. maybe it's not what u were looking for but thats all I got.

I love my grandparents so much, my grandpa recently passed and I realize more than ever how much I learned from him. The biggest thing I think I learned was to be giving... he used to own a toy store and every Christmas he would take toys to the local orphanage. I love my grandma too, she is so graceful, I hope to be like her as well.

I have never had grandparents and I'm really feeling the loss,
its kinda why I love old people. They have a wealth of knowledge and they don't mind sharing it.

when i was young my dads parents would us come over to do chores. Other wise we were no use them. I mean thats what mexicans are for workin right. Oh maybe that was just their opinion. (NO offense being sarcastic) They never liked that we were mixed. I never met my moms parents didnt want much to do with us. Also as i got older i didnt think it was right to judge people on the color of their skin and also i belived it was good to form your own opions on life. That just wouldnt do so i been banned from the WHOLE FAMILY since. I talked to my dads parents twice in 13 years once at my cousins wedding. and once to ask for help finacially to bury my dad (oh yeah they refused. I think they needed to buy a tv or something ) Oh well thats life love the ones you with!

I learned what doing without for ten years during the depression was like and the meaning of a honest days work was from Pa Pa. Granny tought me how to make biscuits, sew a button, play marbles.
Yes I sure miss them.

I was raised by my Grandmother. Without her in my life I would be dead now. Good memories of her....well anything I said here wouldnt show you how amazing she is. I don't have one bad thing to say about her or the life she gave me

I have lots of memories with my grandma and grandpa on my moms side. I only met my grandma on my dad's side once and my other grandpa died before I was ever born.
