can someone tell size of memory stick where sticker on it says PC10032X64SOD168UF

PC100 is the speed. (100 MHz rated SDRAM)

32x64 = 32 chips of 64 megabits each (probably 16 on each side). That's 32 chips of 8 megaBYTEs each, or 256 MegaBytes (MB).

SOD = SO-DIMM, low-profile stuff used on laptops and notebooks.

168 = number of pins.

UF = unbuffered

PC10032X64SOD168UF - the first part tells you clock speed of the memory pc100, the 168UF tells you it's 168 pin, 256Mb.

According to eBay, you have a 256MB stick of RAM, PC100 speed. Should be a SO-DIMM for a laptop?

I could only find 256 mb SDRAM ram chips with PC10032X64
