I'll say that the Niner's are much improved, both ways, and Arizona is still mediocre, at best. Zona defense will be the factor here, very poor. Niner's D, with help from Clements back there, will stop Leinert and the crew of good receivers for Zona. Niner's start out with a big division win on Monday night.

I think the niners will win but it will be closer then a lot of people think. Leinart is coming back for his sophmore season with the Cards and people are expecting great things. The Arizona defense will get some much needed help in the draft...assuming they get Gaines Adams or Jamaal Anderson. But, like I said, SF will edge out AZ in a close game.

You guys are awfully cocky to be this sure before the draft or preseason. Gut voting is all there is at this point.
The Cards have a statistical advantage solely because they're pitching a shutout since 2004. But that doesn't mean the Niners don't bounce up this year and leave the House of Cards behind.
Edge tentatively at this point to San Fran.

Hard to tell. 9ers have made some good moves in the offseason, but so have the Cards. Will be a good game.
