My kid's photos were rained on last week; the photos are now sticking to the glass in the frames. How do I removed the photos w/o damaging the photos even further?

Water doesn't really hurt the photographic paper. Being stuck to the glass does. Immerse in cold water until it releases from the glass. Dry flat emulsion side (picture side) up on a clean towel, don't blot. Try to handle as little as possible while wet. If they are buckled after they dry you can take them to a real photography shop that does processing on site they can re-wet them and run them though their press dryer.
This does not work for Polaroids or anything printed off your computer. Only conventional photographic paper.

If you have a scanner, you should try scanning the photos, and cutting them out in a photo editor like the Gimp (free), and then printing them out on photo paper. If all else fails, you could talk to a photography specialist place. Just look them up in the phonebook.
