I haven't gotten my period since the middle of February (12th/13th) and I'm pregnant. How would I know how far along I am?

ok. so say you got tested 2 weeks after you missed your period, they would say your about 5 weeks, which actually means your about 3 weeks, the reason for extra 2 weeks is because no one actully knows when you ovulated! ( this is what they told me when i tested ) so if you haven't had your period since then, lets just say you tested on the 27, they would say your 5 weeks. now add the other weeks until now, then just subtract the 2 weeks (ovulated) , so........ about seven weeks! hopefully thats right.. good luck. :0)

Most doctors count your first week after your missed period Week 1. That's why pregnancies are 40 weeks.

Agree with Jennifer up there.. to find your due date you take the first day of your last period, add seven days and minus 3 months :-)

Your doctor can tell you but checking the levels of various hormones in your blood and by a sonogram.

until they do a sonogram, you can never really tell, they give you a date my when you had your last period, but they really wont know until that first sonogram
