Their mission is to disrupt. And draw attention any way they can.

If they are blocking traffic, they should be removed for their own safety and the safety of others traveling. I have absolutely no problem with them standing on the sidewalks and doing whatever it is they want to do. When they come out onto the street, this poses a safety risk for the protesters on the street and impedes the flow of traffic this hampering the flow of goods and services as well as other citizens, who have the right to get to where they are going.

My favorite protestor who blocked traffic was the Chinaman who stood in front of the tank in Tiananmen Square in 1989.

Those who protest are always at least a nuisance to life as usual, for that is generally what they are protesting, and need to do something to get our attention, for we are all usually too busy to notice. Without Vietnam protests, that horror would have continued even longer with far more bloodshed and shame. We could use more of that now to stop BushOilCo and their lust for death and destruction for control over oil and the future of Jerusalem.
Celebrate protests, for they often are ahead of the rest of us, and their is too little of it today.

You know what? It's a small price to pay for a functioning democracy and a free country. Ever heard the expression "freedom isn't free?" It doesn't just apply to killing foreigners. And really, how often does this happen to you?
Americans love to brag about their democracy. Until the moment it becomes the slightest inconvenience.

Just cause these protesters don't have jobs doesn't mean that regular people don't have to go to work.
