Not at all. What it does give you is a leg up on the competition. Hopefully, people with MBAs have learned from the best and are prepared to handle the curves that the business world with throw at them.

Of course not. Nothing, and I repeat NOTHING can guarantee your success. Even lottery winners have ended up broke years down the road. Statistically speaking though, an MBA gives you a much higher probability of success. I think the national starting salaries right now for MBA graduates is somewhere over $80K per year, or about $40 per hour. That's STARTING salary! If I was a betting man and I was betting on my future, then I would get an MBA. Oh wait, I guess that explains why I have a Bachelor's degree and want an MBA!!
I'm starting this November. Wish me luck!

No.
An MBA can definitely give you a head-start.
Success in anything isn't determined by a degree. It's how good you are. If you went to Harvard but don't show up to work on time, or don't perform well, or are just lazy, you will not be successful.
However, going to a great school like Harvard will definitely give you way more opportunities, especially if you show up on time, perform very well, and are anything but lazy.
