Well depends what u did in the first place to lose her trust in u.
If shes still with u, shows that shes not totally given up on u, so theres still time and hope for u!
You can do more than what u normally do for her, but dont go overboard since she might think that strange!
Give her gifts, communicate more openly, tell her often how much u love and care for her, even apologize directly, wont hurt.
Take her out dining, dancing etc, spend quality time with her.
In time she will learn to trust u.That is, if she still loves u.
Good luck!

if she lost the trust in you then its your job to try to regain that trust. for example if you were talking to another female, them why don't you change your number so that your girlfriend will feel more comfortable. its all about making your girlfriend more comfortable with your actions. continuously tell her that you are sorry, don't keep any secrets from her and most importantly tell you love her and keep all lines of communication open.

First you can't help her,she needs to work to take it back. What you can do?Love her unconditionally.(If you really want things work out.And not mention the cause of the lost of trust.

Communication is the key, here. Tell her how you feel, and if possible, what caused it. If you discuss it, and are open and honest about it, you should be able to solve this problem.
