Friend! I am telling you, tje Body SHop is the BEST...you must try the Papaya body scrub....I have been using body shop scrub since I was 15 and my fiance says I have baby silky skin...it's very good and non -oily...If you wat something more gentle, try their strawberry scrub...it is lighter....forget all other scrubs...some are just too oily and will irritate the skin.

Garnier sugar scrub is brilliant! It can be quite rough if you have sensitive skin though. Always moisturise after exfoliating, its the key to healthy, glowing skin!

I use Aveeno, its my fav. Its also to a good idea to get a good exfoliant to use a few times a week and before shaving (I use Bath and Body Works, breathe-Romance) . Also, if you use lotion on a regular basis your skin will be super soft. Nivea makes really good skin care, Eucerin also. All things I swear by!
