It's hard to say without actually seeing your little sister first, ya know... but I would have to say "Liberty." It's different and not as common as the others. It's fitting with what's going on in the world now days. Perhaps her name can be a reminder or symbol...

Liberty: freedom from control, interference, obligation, restriction, hampering conditions, etc.; power or right of doing, thinking, speaking, etc., according to choice.

I would suggest doing a little research on the meaning of each name that is most fitting for your little sister and decide from there. Best wishes!

Personally, I like Liberty too! It's unique - at least I've never heard of anyone named that.
I like Kylie and Casey, then Joanna, but the other two, just looking at them in print, I...
a) wouldn't know how to pronounce it, and
b) if I heard it, wouldn't know how to spell it!
:D

I saw Libby the other day, short for Elizabeth. I thought that was interesting.

I'd say I like Mayra, I don't like the most common names.

Casey, remember naming a child is not a contest to find the oddest name you can find, she has to carry it for the rest of her life. Just ask the kid named Xerox in 2000. I'm not kidding that's the poor kids name.

I think Kylie is very cute. Just make sure that she has a more formal name (such as a middle name) that she can fall back on in professional situations later. Good luck and congratulations on your new sister! Hope this helps you!
