The surgery was suppose to be a hernia repair, and an overy removal. I woke to a cut from sternum to pubic bone. I asked why, and his reply was "you should be happy you gone a tummy tuck for free" I would have never got a tummy tuck because of to many medical probs. And 5 surgerys later I am still having problems

your problem isn't a normal one that would be done by an ethical surgeon. contact the risk management department of the hospital with concerns, get a copy of your records, and see a malpractice attorney.

you definitely need to see an attorney, however be forewarned that malpractice cases are extremely difficult to win because hospitals fight them tooth and nail with an army of aggressive lawyers, so even if your case is clear-cut you may still have difficulty finding an attorney to take the case on contingency.

You have had 5 surgeries and no improvement. See Munchausen. I am guessing that there is much more to this story than you are saying.

You were already cut open. If, according to the surgeon, it was in your best interest for him to do this, then , LOL.
A surgeon cannon wake you and ask, "do you want me to correct this as long as you're cut open." The burden of proof of damages is on you.

OMG! you can sue that doctor for all he owns, because he did a surgery to a patient illegally. you could have died, and it would have been all his fault.
