Yes, and it has been updated recently, so if anyone hasn't had an update since last year, it is recommended because there are new techniques that are easier. It wouldn't hurt to look in to it.

Yes, theoretically. I took a course a couple years ago. You had to get a certain score on the test to be certified, and I got EXACTLY that score-- not a single point higher! So I guess I'm not the best person to need CPR around, but probably not the worst either.

Yes and I have performed it several times. Everyone should know CPR....too bad it isn't taught in every high school.
