Squats! Squats are like the miracle move when it comes to your butt.
Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, stand with back against a wall. Bend your knees 90 degrees, making sure they don't go past your toes. Hold for at least 2 minutes. Rest, do again.
Stand with right side facing a step, hands on hips, right foot on top, left foot on floor. Bend knees 90 degrees. Stand up and push off with right foot as you hop onto other side of step.
Repeat on left side, alternating 10 times.
Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and turned out 45 degrees. Bend knees 90 degrees into a squat, keeping torso upright and knees over ankles. From that position, step left foot to the right, walking sideways.
Take about 10 steps to the right and repeat on the left.

This sounds weird but it works (don't let people watch you, it's too embarrassing...)
Lay on your back, and bend your knees. Spread your legs just a little bit. Now pump your butt up and down, slowly, but squeeze your butt muscles every time you go up. Squeeze and hold for about 5 seconds. Do this until you start feeling a burn. When you feel it, hold that squeeze and keep your butt as high as you can in the air until you can't stand it anymore.
At that point, with your butt still up high, push your knees together in and out. Slowly. It hurts so much, but I swear, your butt will be as tight as ever.

Well, I think her butt's too big but I've heard of an exercise where you get down on all fours and you stretch one leg out backwards and make small circles one way and then another and then the other leg. Another one, "The Firm" workout claims is good for your butt is leg lounges; you stand and lunge forward with one leg making a wide step to where when your foot lands your leg is at a 90 degree angle; your knee is over your foot and then you lunge back into position.

I am asian so naturally I have a pretty flat butt, but after I started a regular exercise routine (4-6 x wk) that incoporated squats and lunges I now have a cute little booty. I will never have J Lo's ***, nor do I want to but it did make a world of difference. Also, try try Lil Maggie jeans made by Lucky Brand. They make you booty look soo yummy!
