The indian cricketers are considred as VIP's, they are the one representing our country, millions of indians expecting some thing from them, nowadays it become fashion that they are performing well only in couple of match not all just to keep their seat reserved for the another series.

If BCCI are asking performance guarantee from players, I am afraid, no player will come forward to join the team. Instead, BCCI should modify payment structure to players purely based on performance.

indian team has shown some awful performances in the past and this world cup too was disaster but askin the players to submit a performance guarantee is too muchh bcoz u dunno wat tthe conditions will be there out in the field, a performance guarantee will put immense pressure on the players leading to a mental strain and many players may wanaa leave the team too. after all its only a game and performance guarantee does not ensure that u wll win the word cup. its lyk similar to askin a child that he he will get a 90% in every subject and top da class and for that e will have to sign a contract

Good question ,but but but!!! if BCCI does this it will creat a pressure for the players which will result in the leaving of the good players of the team

I think you are right. But then I think only Yuvraj would be there in the team because others do not play well.

its a game, u cant ensure success always, ofcourse u should not loose to minnows to,we nned good performances not victory always
