i don`t know about anyone else, but i personally hate RAP/HIP HOP & COUNTRY, i just can't tolerate those at all!!!

Country music gets an undeserved bad reputation. Those who say they hate country music, haven't truly experienced it. Classic country music is some of the best music ever made. While we're on the subject, I don't get why people always classify country music as whiny. All music is a creative outlet based on emotions, some of which are sad or about bad things happening. This doesn't mean ALL country music is whiny, quite the contrary, actually. I am not a huge fan of most contemporary country though, way too pop-oriented to me.

I think that Rap has the least value...it has no instrinsic music, it is strictly rhythm without any other musical values. Country always gets a bad rap and part of that is the old Country - Western name...it's not called that anymore it's swing or country rock or rockabilly or bluegrass and if you don't want to hear twangy then don't listen to bluegrass...hip hop music is also so hard to listen to, most of the words are not distinct enough to make out and usually if you can it's a dirty word...that's music? I have listened to a lot of heavy metal over the years and I can honestly say that at least these guys know how to write music...they may not all be able to sing...they seem to scream...
My favorite: Country, alternative, hard rock
My least: Rap, Hip Hop, Techno

Country. I'm sorry, but if my bf or husband whined as much as these "artists"..I'd leave his a** too. Pop really gets on my nerves, but it's mainly because I've grown out of that style.
