Those are just numbers. 1.3 what? They could be anything. You got to tell us what's next to those numbers. Engine size, transmission gear ratios, all kinds of stuff it could be.

i own a shop,and its just the engine size measured in liter,s like a 4.3 which is in the Chevy,s its just a way of measuring the displacement of them,instead of saying a 350 we now call it a 5.7 ,that's all it means,good luck i hope this helps.
