I think flower, teddy bear or chocolate.
Or maybe a perfume for her but you must choose the correct smell that she like.
Or you can give her an earings, necklace or bracelet.

a surprise!
like.. taking her somewhere- amusement park, park, your house where you lit all candles, your house after you've cooked her a your own cooking!
and give her something u know she will like- whether it be flowers, jewelry ( i think a necklace or bracelet would be a good idea; ring you should save for asking her to marry you), stuff animals if she likes those, or something cute. it doesn't have to be expensive.
just show that you put thought into it.
just picture in your head your ideal day,and do what you think would make both of you guys happy :)

Woman do love jewelry. Flowers just die and candy puts weight on them and they end up blaming you.
