have you ever noticed one of the most famous lines in a relationship is.. "I hope you dont mind the fact that most of my friends are of the opposite sex!"
Why is that? Is it a way for cheaters to have an excuse to hang out with their lovers?,simply cause it realy is easier to make friends with them?, cause we like to be center of attention?
What is your opinion?

I've always made friends of both genders.

There is something very nice about the relationship between two (or more) same-gender pals, and I think if someone doesn't make friends of both genders there is something they miss.

I think if someone has friends of mostly the other gender it probably isn't so much about what they get from the pals of the opposite gender as it is what they get or don't get from pals of the gender that's the same as theirs. I do suspect that at least in some cases the person who always stays away from his/her own gender probably has "issues" that need to be ironed out - but, of course, I could be wrong.

I can only speak on my behalf...I have many male friends and I am very close with my ex-boyfriends; however, I have never betrayed a partner. If the circumstance necessitates, my best male friend and I will share a bed. Just last month I slept with my ex-boyfriend—as friends.

Concerning ex-boyfriends, I feel that we shared our lives with each other and it would be a shame to toss it all away...when the relationship can successfully be redefined.

Regarding male friends, they evoke a different part of my personality, which is dormant in most of my female relationships...and romantic partnerships as well.

No one person can satisfy all my needs (or yours)...and the pressure to do so is not a burden I’d wish on anyone.

My opinion...it is normal and healthy for individuals to have platonic relations with the opposite sex. And I would trust my mate that the relations were simply that.

It depends on interests of course. I can get along well with either just fine,so long as they're not obnoxious or a bigot. To answer the cheaters and their lovers questions,I suppose it is a possibility but not likely. Also a single,as in just one not dating wise, female in a group of males can be babied a bit or ignored.

I agree with an individual that most of my friends are also men, but I haven't cheated yet. I won't say never, though because I am only human. It's easier for me to communicate with men than it is with women. Sometimes it's your personality. I love attention.

I've always had more friends of the opposite sex because we have the same interests. I'd rather watch a football game than go to the mall. (I'm straight)

Do you have acquaintances of the two sexes? confident I do. Do you detect you have a diverse friendship with acquaintances of the comparable intercourse than you do with acquaintances of the different intercourse? i locate my friendships each and each handle their very own dynamic, so as that they are all diverse. Do you detect you're greater "your self" or greater "soft" around comparable intercourse acquaintances or diverse intercourse acquaintances? i could no longer make a difference based upon gender, yet there are individual transformations, actually some acquaintances with whom i'm greater open than others. Do you think of it works or no longer? are you able to truly have opposite intercourse acquaintances and there by no ability be any components of "sexual chemistry"? confident, sexual chemistry isn't unavoidably a piece of a m/f friendship. each so often there is, each so often there's no longer. Do you think of it makes any difference in case you have brothers AND sisters as to who's employer you desire? no longer truly, yet then i'm greater susceptible to have diverse innovations with regards to the climate at play in each and each individual friendship, and not likely to make sweeping generalisations approximately acquaintances on the muse of gender. I had a brother and no sisters, my courting with my brother became no longer a sturdy one although by way of fact he has schizophrenia, however the lack of ability of standard sibling relationships in my existence did no longer look to result upon my determination of acquaintances, even although come to think of of it, possibly it does tell my lifelong love of solitude. I did constantly wish for a actual brother or a large sister while i became a baby although!

I've always had friends of both genders but I prefer men..just because with girls you have a lot of drama and competition..guys are so much more insightful without the drama and they are just more fun to be around.

Personally as a guy..I have always related better to women. I always set my limits, let everyone know the real score.

I find women to be profoundly more interesting and love to engage them in intellectual intercourse.

most of my friends are men, they are not my lovers, I just dont really have anything to say to women. I don't cheat, if you don't believe that its your problem not mine.
