The "universal donor" is 0-, which means that people with this kind of blood can give blood to anyone.
The "universal receiver" is AB+, which means that people with this blood type can receive any type of blood.
I hope that this helps.

I guess my question to you is "superior for what?"
O is superior for donating because anybody can accept O blood. AB is superior for receiving donations because an AB person can accept any other kind of blood (if the RH factor is right).

Don't know about superior, but AB is the universal recipient, so that's pretty good.

None of them is "best".
It is possible to live a long, normal, healthy life with any of those types, with no advantages or disadvantages related to blood type.
