why team india can not enter into super "8"?

Because our "Super" players only "ATE" , drank and made merry in the Carribean instead of playing to their own potential.

According to tournament rules of World Cup 2007, top 2 teams from each Group will enter Super 8. India was placed in Group B along with Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bermuda. India could win only against Bermuda and bag 2 points. Sri Lanka won all the 3 matches they played in the Group and earned 6 points. Bangladesh won against India and Bermuda and earned 4 Pointss. Hence top two teams in Group B were Sri Lanka with 6 points and Bangladesh with 4 points and both these teams entered Super 8. Since India had only 2 points from 3 matches, they were eliminated.

Indians cricketers in team India played as individuals. They did not play as a team. That was in my opinion the main reason for the team's failure to enter super "8". The members of the Indian team do not at all possess the qualities needed to be good member of a team.

Now what does one need to be a good member of a team?

It is very important to understand the qualities needed for a good team member?... There are 12 qualities which are listed below.

+ A good team member will understand the team goal precisely and place it well ahead of his personal interests. He will clearly understand that his well being and the well being of the team are interdependent.

+ A good team member will always be guided by the group consensus.

+ A good team member will always treat the other members of the team as his equal.

+ A Good team member will give his part for the team to the best of his ability in an autonomous way and allow his counterparts to function in a similar way.

+ A good team member shall always work towards the goal prescribed for his team.

+ A good team member will seldom lose his focus.

+ A good team member will be self-supporting in every way possible.

+ A good team member will not work for money alone or for any other ulterior benefit in his team.

+ A good team member will not thrust his opinion on the group and be a cause for internal conflicts in the team.

+ A good team member will never be controversial. He will not indulge in arguments and fault finding within his team.

+ A good team member will always be a source of attraction for the other members of the team through his contributions to the team.

+ A good team member will always function not for his personal glory. Instead he will always function for the glory of the team always in an anonymous manner.

Every member of the Indian team lack many of these qualities which heavily contributed to the downfall of the team not only in the current world cup but also on many an occasion in the past.

Becoz it lost to SriLanka and Bangladesh, and India had less points than these two, and only two teams can qualify from a group, So from group B, SL and BAN qualified while India came back home.

Reason Simple ………. They could make more money stay bellow that level instate of reaching at super 8. However they used to believed no hope to win the cup, so why wasting time and effort.
