Macklemore is a very uplifting rapper, any of his songs would apply here. But his most uplifting is called Hold Ya Head Up.
Also Brother Ali-Rain Water is a spirit lifting song, same with Never 2 Far by Eminem.

Twista and Cee-Lo - Hope or Twista and Faith Evans for a version that's a little less gangster. Neither have explicit lyrics, but one version speaks a little more to reality.
