well i think itachi will still win becuz he has MS sharingan.even though sasuke "took over " oros body(ill state). anywayz what do u guys think who will win?

i really don't know. they say sasuke can beat itachi and with winning with Orochimaru he even has a better chance. all though sasuke is pretty strong, itachi is really strong too and like u said he has the Magekyou Sharingan. sasuke just has the sharingan but the kyuubi said that he has the evil chakra like Madara Uchiha and the chakra is more evil then the kyuubi's itself. no one knows but it is gonna be an insane battle

However much I want Sasuke to win, in his current state, Itachi would definitely win. Itachi has had the special Sharingan training Sasuke didn't: by the time Sasuke was mature enough to use the Sharingan, his clan was already dead, as opposed to Itachi's growing up amongst people who could use and teach the Sharingan method.
Of course, Sasuke will continue to strive to surpass his brother. So that's why I'll support Sasuke no matter what.

i'm not sure. maybe sasuke thats why he is recruiting orochimarus strongest prisoners. ( just guessing ). then again, naruto was able to beat the clone itachi at just 30% power but who knows. they way these things turn out, maybe itachi will kill sasuke and naruto will get revenge for him!
