If I were to sell an Xbox 360 / and some games...do I need to include copyrights? I've never sold on Ebay and I'm confused by what I do need vs what I don't.

No - just make sure the games are original and not copies.

Anything which you have purchased legitimately, you can sell without invoking a copyright issue. This is known as the "First Sale Doctrine".

As for selling on ebay...Read their rules and suggestions. The clearer and more accurate your description is, the better results you will have. The more pictures, the better. It's an absolute fact that pictures on ebay sell the item.

So good pictures with a complete description will almost guarantee a good sale.

Be sure to properly specify the shipping charges also.

The little tutorial ebay has will guide you through this process. And there are people employed by ebay who you can ask questions of for no charge.

Make sure you state that these are USED. Reason being, there are patents and you are not a registered distributor.

Read eBay's rules and regulations for selling.
