Characters: 1) The Mom and kids, 2) The Baby Daddy, 3) The New Man. Everyone lives in Miami. Mom and kids are visiting family in New York for 3 months. Baby Daddy wants to see his kids. He wants to fly to New York and stay with the Mom and kids for a few days. Baby Daddy also has a new woman, but she won't be going. Baby Daddy wants Mom to be with him and kids because he does not like baby sitting alone and feels that since there is 2 kids mom should be there too. Mom and Kids, and Baby Daddy will probably spend the weekend at a theme park and stay at a hotel. Is this O.K.? Should Mom do it? Should New Man and New Woman Allow it? What would you do?

......Have your kids stay all night with you at the hotel while mom either contnues to sleep elsewhere with family or takes a seperate room. This compromise would benifit all 6 of you. You and your ex may not be a couple anymore but you'll always be a family. The children would enjoy your stay there more if mom was around to share in their fun and she could help out to prevent you from feeling overwhelmed. No need to feel as if you were baby sitting...... Baby sitting, by the way, is actually a chore of taking care of someone elses children.....These are your children and spending some quality time alone with them is to your advantage as a parent. . Yes, for certain, the kids should come first but before the final arrangements are made, all four of you adults need to communicate about it and be on the same page. . The goal should be accommodating your desire to visit with your children and, for everyones sake, do this on agreeable terms for everyone involved. Then, you and your babys' mom should stay focused on the needs of the children and stick to all of the agreements and arrangements as planned.
Have a safe trip and a great time with your kids!

I think Baby Momma and Baby Daddy have moved on for a reason, they are not meant to be together. If Baby Daddy wants to see his kids, he will do it with or without Mom. Daddy needs to not worry about how much work two kids will be and enjoy the moments he spends with them alone. Daddy is going to regret not doing that someday.
