my heart beats harder and i feel nervous bc i want to talk but they wont listn and the yare rude then ifell like yuou know fine they dont deserve me being nice yet i want to be jsut friends wit him

When you talk to them it makes you nervous, thats is probably why you're heart starts beating like that. .. . You really need to just try and tell yourself to stay calm when you try to talk to them, but be assertive and tell them that how they treat you is not right.. . .Friends should listen to what you have to say and not treat you like crap! If they wont listen and you give them a chance, I would seriously consider not being friends, because people dont deserve to be treated like that. .. .If you surround yourself with good and caring people. . . you're anxieties and nervousness will start to go away ;) good luck

just go up get the courige and just say "hi" ok? i had the same problem but then one day he came up to me and said "hi" then i turned around and couldn't speak and felt like fainting but then i said to myslef "hey he is just a other person just talk to him like yout talking to one of your friends. talk to him like you dont even like him just say "hi" " so i said "hi" now we are going out together. well i have to go i am meatng him at the movies see ya.
