how do you glitch Gears?

How do you do the chain saw glitch in Gears of war and that weird glitch in gridlock were you rodie run all the time? i dont want to cheat but people anoy to much when they do it so you have to fight fire with fire to get pay back

Report the glitchers with the feedback option in Live. This way the cheaters won't be chosen for matchmaking.
So, fighting fire with water is more efficient... They won't bother you and in turn, they won't find other players to harrass them.
