I used the pure lanolin stuff on my baby when his lips and chin got chapped from breastfeeding, ya know that stuff they tell you to put on your nipples when you are breastfeeding. I also use it on my lips now, it works wonders and it's natural, safe, and hypoallergenic.

I have had 2 Pediatricians tell me, one just last week, that chapped lips do just as good left alone, and they didn't recommend using anything. I have found with my boys that the more water they drink the less their lips are chapped. Not exactly what you were looking for but, hope that helps.

Gerber makes a product that is called Grins & Giggles Moisturizing Stick and it helps with chapped skin and lips for infants. You can get it at the grocery store in the baby section.

My son likes the cherry flavored Chapstick and I try to get him to drink more water to help with dehydration.
