I lift weights , strongman training, and all,

1 day, all my bones hurt, my chess hurt to the touch, hands, legs everything, went like this for 2-3days, then back to normal
I get all my sleeps, so i know thats not a problem

If sore is what you meant, when im sore from lifting, its my muscles, not bones that usually hurt,

well maybe i did too much the day before, I dont need Calcium, i take animal pak and animal cuts, anyways

you could have just overdone it while working out/lifting weights on a particular day...

I'm a girl and I am VERY active in soccer. I don't usually get sore/have pain, but every once-in-a-while I get super sore for not particular reason (probably from a hard workout)

This is normal for you to hurt for a few days unless the pain is absolutely unbearable or it is very difficult to move for more than 2 days (if this is the case then you should probably check with your doctor)

You are too young to stress your bones as you are doing with too much wieght..back off before you damage the growing tips and growth plates.

I will go and see a doctor if I were you. If its only growing pains at least you feel reassured, if its more that that, then proper treatment will be given.

take "once A Day" calcium capsules..u'll be fine..
