Take a long warm bath with Epsom salts and peroxide. Take an Excedrin or Motrin according to direction. Rub some Sportscream on them. Then hop into your snug warm bed and try to relax and rest. I hope you get better soon. If the pains persists, go to your doc to make sure nothing is seriously wrong

Heating pad for your back.
Take a hot wash cloth and put them on your breasts.
and take 2 alleve.
And watch a movie it will hopefully help you get your mind off of it....oh and my favorite is that for me chocolate really does help. In fact I am feeling your pain right now. hope you feel better.

That happened to me once and i ended up being pregnant . Maybe you should get a pregnancy test . But it could just be a backache.

its probabley that time of the month cause im going through it. take some ibuprofen, or u could be pregnant. then u need to get a test.hope that was helpful good luck
