Most of the time I only smoke about 1/2 a cigarette. Sometimes when I really need one, then I smoke it down to the filter.

Never. I am an anxious smoker and I puff that thing about three quarters of the way down within a couple of minutes and then I toss it. The only way I would take it down to the filter is if I was jonesin' really bad.
