I say to myself "There you go, you learned how to be sad instead of pissed off or upset, I am proud of you, good girl!"

If I am at home, I listen to sad music and bombard my girlfriend with emails...
Matter of fact, I seem to do that all the time anyway when I'm home...

Cry until I get a really bad headache and then go for a walk... the exercise with a headache makes me even more miserable.

Meditate. Give thanks. Talk it through with a friend. Journal. Honour that sadness is part of the human condition.
