Well you didn't specify which colour but I'll give you a few options.
If it's a dark blue go for a wine red colour. Dark Blue and Wine Red looks great.
If it's a bright vibrant blue use a silver. Silver is going to make it *pop.*
If it's just a regular blue maybe use yellow or a bright orange. You want something to make it stand out so be adventitious and experiment with colour first then make a final decision.

You can use pretty much any color w/ white are you using dark or light blue? My suggestions, light blue use pinnk or lime green. dark blue use red or burgundy good luck

LAVENDER! I did a report, all in green, blue & purple. Mostly lights though. But, lavender does go good with blue.
...or turquoise. :D

yellow definitely goes well with blue, any shade of blue , from turquoise to navy, yellow will look great.

try a darker or lighter shade of blue, use red, green, turquoise, grey--light or drk., you can also use shiny metallic colors like silver,chrome, gold, metallic blue.
