it keeps on saying it is not responding send error report or not and it has been like this for days what should i do uninstall it or it will change in a few days(i just downloaded it a few days ago)

i uninstalled version 11 and installed version 10

Go to START --> Control Panel--> Add/Remove programs-->Find Windows Media Player and hit Uninstal.
close that.
Do Right click to START--> Explorer
Local disk C:--> program files-->Window media player-->right click on folder--> DELETE.
Now you can go and reinstal.
And watch durring instalation, try to not permit any addons for instalation.

mine did that and I just reinstalled it and it works good now, but if you just installed it you may need make sure the version is compatible with your computer
