Dress her in light clothing, and avoid wearing her diapers too tight. Allow for some ventilation to the nappy area to keep it cool too. Carry an umbrella for your baby, avoid letting her wear a hat, as it keeps the head from giving off heat and the brain may be overheated.
Drink lots of breastmilk, it's very hydrating. If formula fed, then offer some cool sips of boiled water in between feeds. Although water is empty calories, but I'm sure you want her to appreciate water on its own, drink about 2 ozs is very good. Water tastes better when it's chilled, so put it in the fridge for a while. keep a bottle of water handy when you bring her out. When she's busy looking at her surroundings, offer her the bottle. You'll be surprised at how much she drinks!
An indicator of dehydration is a sunken soft spot (fontanelles) just above the top of the head.
Good luck!

Let her wear whatever you'd be comfortable in. Onesies in the summer are great, or just a shirt and diaper. When it's really hot, and your inside, just a diaper.
As for the fan, make sure she cant get at it and it won't scare her. I know first hand that window fans can make a big racket.

Babies usually like being warm. Remember that your womb was 98.5 degrees. I would be more worried about the sun. Make sure to keep hats on her, sun screen, longer sleeves, and sun umbrellas are wonderful. Keep hoods up on your stroller too. Keep her in onesies or in a diaper if she seems hot indoors. Air conditioners could be too cold. Good luck!

Try dressing her in light clothing, light colors, and light material. Sometimes I would just put a diaper and onsie on mine. You could try putting a window fan in or just open the window with a oscalating fan in the room. You don't want ther to get chilly so just keep it on low.

When my son was that age and we would go for long walks or out to an event durring the summer I would fill up water bottles and freeze them. then just before leaving ( 1 hour) I would take them out and let them defrost a little ( makes for easier handling) and then when he got into the stroller I would give it to him. He would play with it and if he wanted a drink it was all ready cold.

Maybe you should have one of those strollers that has a top on it so it can shade her when you go on walks, and you could bring a bottle of whatever (I dont know what babies are allowed to drink then) but Im sure that will be fine!

dress her in comfortable light clothes. I used to give my babies a morning and evening nap when it was hot out. Keep a wet wash cloth and wipe them off every now and then.
