i advertised a coat on ebay multipily and have had 6 buyers,?

so i went to purchase the 6 coats at ten pounds each and the stockist has not got the same colour/type left as what i advertised, what can i do!!!will i lose feedback and should i offer alternatives!!!!help

I think, You have to :
1. Find out when stockist will have? or Where alse You can get? (even you possibly pay more than you do usually, that better than discussions or feedbacks)
2.if it's possible to get fast enough, You MUST contact buyers and give them view on situation and Latest Date when they recive Item.
3.If it's impossible to get Needed Coats,you Must immidiatly contact buyers (I would contact all of them and see which one I can cut deal with) and tell them that's you running Yahoo store too and items was outsold (in his/her collor),but you are trying to get, mean while you can offer right now the same item,but .. NO,no But's. You say : I can offer to you instead ... color, more powerfull or beautifull .... color.
I think You be able to resolve that problem in no time and be able to sleep.

E-mail all the buyers and explain the situation, offering a refund or the other colors at reduced prices? If feedback matters to you a lot, you could take a loss and offer them an option of taking one of the the other types free of charge.
