If we leave Iraq before the "job is done" the terrorists will follow us here?

Consider this, Al Queda has promised to kill 3 MILLION Americans with thier next big strike. You should also consider the fact that Al Queda has ALWAYS fulfilled thier prohecy. The first world trade center attack did not work as planned, so they came back to finish the job. These extreme islamic jihadist work in secret, they do not want us to be apprehensive or be expecting another attack. Bush said enough, and like a true leader should have done, has laid the ground work to fight terrorism in every region of the globe. Bush with his daily intelligence briefings knows more as comander in chief of what to expect, than probably any other person alive. I do not think it is a question of IF, but WHEN will they hit us? Bush has put a lid on even our own citizens and people who have been convicted of domestic terroristic threats (against wife or boyfriend etc) of being able to board an airplane. Homeland security has already foiled at least 2 big newsworthy plots by outside terrorist planning hits here at home, and arrested the culprits. So the person saying Bush has not done anything, must not be aware of whats happening, as well as any other arm chair generals who think they know it all. What is to stop the terrorist from comming here? Nato, Europe, Russia, and all of the civilized countrys on our side, thats who. But if these countrys with our help fail, then we will be the only available target left. Think about it.

It's the way of the Administration of continually trying to tie the war in Iraq to the 9/11 attacks. They hope that if they can bring back feelings of fear from Terrorists we'll just do whatever they say is right. Let's not forget that prior to 9/11 there wasn't a terrorist attack from an Islamic extremist since 1993. We weren't fighting in a war then and yet it took 8 years for another attack. The fact that we haven't had another Terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 is no testament to the job President Bush is doing.

They won't necessarily "follow" us, but without any other distractions they will try to get over here again, just like they did on September 11, 2001. Remember that day?

The terrorrists, the Islamic fanatics and fascists, just like to fight. Plain and simple. It's so ingrained in their sick culture, it might as well be genetic at this point.

People always say, "Iraq is turning into Vietnam." I agree, because we pussied out of Vietnam, and millions of people died in a bloody civil war when we left.
