Sept. It is still warm & the kids are back in school so you can go anywhere

Depends on what kind of vacation. If you want to go to Disney World, you should go the week after Labor Day and visit the Magic Kingdom on a Wednesday.
Those are the least busiest days. Or so I have read.

ummm....i think the best time of the year to take a vacation is in spring, not to hot not to cold. and if u go camping the air smells wonderful. and if u stay at a hotel, it could rain outside and u could just look out the window, or sit on the balcony and watch the rain. SPRING ROX!

in the summer. most of the states is great for summer fun, but the best place is Alaska. perfect fishing spots, very awesome mountain views, and gets dark around 1 or 2 in the morining. then the sun comes back up in about 3 hours. i love it there

January at Myrtle Beach,nobody else is there and you can get a beach front for $25 a night.

if you like snow skiing - winter is the best etc., etc

christmas :) its not hot at all and pretty colors!! :) i love summer vacations but its always too hot both are great though. or thanksgiving but its only a week :)
