Taking vitamin E supplements and using topical creams or lotions with vitamin E can speed along the process of new skin taking over for the scarred skin, but that may only work on new scars. Another suggestion I've heard about is cocoa butter, but I don't know if any of them work.
Alternatively, you could wear your scars proudly. I'm sure every scar has a story behind it, making up your life story so far. But that's just what I would do. :)

I was a tomboy (and with eczema to boot!) through middle school so I understand. Try using shea butter or cocoa butter for scars. If you use consistantly, then the scars should fade and some will disappear. Unfortunately my eczema will never go, but I can reduce my scars and over time you never see them again. It will also smooth skin that is rough for you as well. So it's a win win situation. Good luck.

I am the same way. I am 25 and my legs look like a 15 year old boy's. Plus, I have had numerous knee surgeries. I used to be very self conscious about it, but you know what? You should just be proud of who you are/were. I get a lot of questions about my scars. I have actually picked up guys that way. Hahahaha. I know I sound stupid, but wear your scars proud.

Time will fade them eventually, and also i heard of this stuff called Merdeema scar gel~or something like that~that when applied several times per day the scars will fade in a few weeks. I would try that, but i think it's expensive. good luck!

exfoliate them. shave them with a new razor. shaving helps the exfoliation process. they use a loofah or exfoliating scrub. moisturize them well-- hydration is key to smooth looking skin. also try using a lotion w/ alphahydroxys in it
