why not?
life doesnt really give a crap
about our suffering
a fish lays a million eggs
only a few survive to procreate
does it look like nature
gives a rat about the individual
or what about the dinosaurs
they are all gone
like a colossal waste
life just goes on and on
constantly changing
eating itself
and then it ends in a supernova or whatever
so have a party

Because life is random, there is no such thing as fate or pre-ordained plan, bad things happen to ALL people because of coincidence, Murphy's Law, and random acts of nature and people. When the tectonic plates crash into each other and cause human calamities, are they worried about who's good and bad? Don't make me laugh. To think that good people are protected or somehow immune to the laws of nature is not logical or rational. If you start believing in fate and pre-ordained plans, then you're reverted to superstitious CAVE MAN logic....don't do it. Just kidding, do and believe what you want.

First.. Coz life won't be meaningful if trials and tribulations are out. It is how a man is being tested for his wisdom and faith in God. If only good things happens to us, life will be too boring. It's life's actions that make it meaningful and interesting. Bad things happening makes our lives action packed. Without bad things happening, it's like a house without paint! Life will be too colourless!! Isn't it?
Second.. 'For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction'. There is law of Karma. What ever you do, good or bad, it will return to you. You will reap the fruits of your labor.
It's time for these good people to pay for their wrongdoings. Eventhough they have been good in this life, we didn't know what bad things they committed their past lives. It's because people reincarnates.
We should be prepared to accept bad things happenning to us and be thankful that we are able to pay our debts and dues from our past mistakes from our past lives. And be eager to continue sowing seeds of goodness, so later on in our lives, we will be able to reap its fruits. That is why some people too suddenly gain good fortune or won lotteries.. they are just reaping the fruits of their labors.

Because if Bad things only happened to bad people, then there would not be any bad people.
Same hols true for rewards, if only good people got rewards, then it would not be a motivation to do bad thing's.

Life is full of both good and bad things.
Whether we are good or bad, we live life.
Life happens to us all.
There is no balance or justice that world gives us.
Justice is a man-made idea.
So if you want a just world, you are going to have to employ humanity to make that happen. Maybe as humans, that should be our pursuit.

Bad things happen to ALL people. There's nothing about being good that makes anyone exempt. Even the "son of God" had to die.

You have to learn to appreciate the good things when the bad things come around. When something hard comes up it's your chance to prove how strong, brave, compassionate, intelligent, you really are.
