im not a noob, i have gotten a lot of characters to their 80's. now i want to start a character for pvm and for ubering too. would the best character ( lets say i can get godly gear for any of them) be a druid, sorceress (frozen orb and after thats maxed something else like lighting) or a bow zon? please do not say any kind of paladin because i made them already and i dont really like them except for hammerinds kinda. thanks a lot for the help and maybe if u want you could leave me your account name so that i can whisper you. im US east non ladder

Gave that game up years ago, but I'd do a Barbarian or Druid(werewolf). Check out Titan Quest some time, real good replacement for D2. It is what D3 should have been if it were.

I personally liked Barbarians best, followed by amazon.
Then I gave up D2 for WoW.
