BoSox! You've got a tough division with your Twins facing up against good competition. Good luck to you--and a GREAT finish last year, coming from behind to overtake the Tigers on the last day of the season. I like the Twins squad. Big fan of Johan, Morneau, and Mauer. Joe Nathan's no slouch, either.

But I'm going with the Beantown nine. They're my favorite team for all time. Attended my first game in 1983 and have been going fairly strong ever since. Saw them play the Twins when Rod Carew was still playing--during the Sox' pennant year of 1986. A lot different being a fan now since the 2004 championship--a little more relaxing, I have to say. I'm still enjoying it, particularly the ALCS part of "it." Would like to see something like that happen again in my lifetime, but I know it won't, which is okay, because the Yankees choked worse than any other sports team in playoff history, heh, heh, heh. 26 world championships mean nothing to me now.

Hope the season brings you good things to cheer for!

The Minnesota Twins , with the MVP, the Cy Young winner, and the Batting Average winners from last year it will be hard to beat them , (the 2 time cy young winner is the oldest at 27 years old) . They also have one of the best bullpens in all of baseball if not the best that includes Joe Nathan who has the least blown saves over the last 2 years.

The lowly Washington Nationals.

Thankfully, I'm also a Tigers fan, so I have some hope of seeing a favorite team go all the way.

The Los Angeles Dodgers, a.k.a. the only legitimate LA baseball team.

The Dodgers' top four pitchers (Jason Schmidt, Derek Lowe, Brad Penny and Randy Wolf) look scary good...

Plus, they're not too shabby on offense, either...

My team is the Boston Red Sox. They have a very good all-around team this year and are contenders for the playoffs and Word Series.

The Baltimore Orioles. It hasn't been easy enduring 9 losing seasons, but hopefully that trend will change starting this season.
