Honestly, I have never experienced it since I haven't gotten a violation notice. Not that I'm a "goodie two-shoes" or anything.
How did you manage to get that many in such a short time?

no , my heart doesnt beat like that, some times for no reasons i get a violation notice , it doesnt make a difference.:
