The average IQ for a twelve year old is 110 - 120
Since the IQ test really doesn't measure your true intelligence I would say that if you feel smart you are smart.
Consider this, there is not another person on earth that can do the same things as you or has your same talents. You are unique, the only 'you' that there will ever be. Are you good enough? You are more than 'good enough', you are excellent. :-)

(I wouldn't take grammatical advice from someone who capitalizes "grammar" and can hardly construct a coherent sentence.)
131 sounds good, but measuring IQ doesn't necessarily equate with measuring intelligence. Don't get hung up on ambiguous data like that (weight, IQ, etc.): judge yourself by your OWN standards. If you think you're "good enough," then that's all there is to it! Don't let yourself become dependent on other people's approval. Acceptance is nice, but individualism is more important.
