Entourage chronicles the rise of Vincent Chase—a young A-list movie star—and his childhood friends from Queens, New York as they navigate the unfamiliar terrain of Hollywood, California. The premise is loosely based on actor/singer Mark Wahlberg's experiences as an up-and-coming movie star.

The only way I can connect "Queer as Folk" to "Entourage" is that it follows a group of guys.

It's nothing like Queer as Folk, it's mostly about the easy life, Vincent Case is a movie star and so he's rolling in cash, no worries, I'm bored today so I'll by a new car.... you know the type. He friends and older brother have all hitched there wagons to his star.
It's a great show, i watch it all the time.

I've watched a few times and believe me it's nothing like Queer as folk. As far as i know it's loosely based on rapper turned actor Mark Whalberg. It's about a young Hollywood actor and his group of heterosexual friends and his agents and what they go through.

No not at all. It is kind of a parody of Hollywood. It is about a star agent and his entourage which includes his agent
