Husband called me 9:00 am and asked me to go out and buy a newspaper for him. He wants to look for flight tickets on Friday. It's urgent. I went to supermarket and bought yesterday's newspaper since the supermarket didn't have today's. I delivered to his office. Then he called, saying that there is no travel agent ads in the newspaper. I went to another suppermarket to get another newspaper, then he called again, saying he didn't need it any more. Now, at night, he blamed me not checking on the newspaper first and saying that I'm a a person that is careless, inconsiderate, negligent and indiscreet. What should I tell him?

Tell him to get on the internet and look himself. I'm very considerate and there's no way my husband would call me up and expect me to go get a paper and deliver it to his office. Nor would I do it. If he's at his office, then there should be a newspaper stand/box close by. What a creep.

Well I thin kyou know this answer for your self, Your husband is everything he said to u and more, its not what you should say to him more then what you should do for yourself to get away from a relationship gone wrong. Hun I don't knwo how long you have been married to him but how long are you going to take it no it doesn't get better it gets worse the more he feels that you will accept anything he dishes out to you, Getting out now, would be a good plan rather then a bad one, tell him where to go after you have left him,

Tell him to go pound sand. The next flight out of town won't be soon enough. Timbuktu, or BFE would be acceptable as destinations. Go run up his credit cards. Pour concrete into his car. Call his boss, tell em he's the infidel. Pick on him but good.

Tell him to f*@# off next time he ever asks you to do something for him again.

Just kidding. On a 'nicer' level.......next time he asks you to do something, tell him that you can't cause you're "careless, inconsiderate and negligent".

Thats horrible. He should have done it for himself if it were that important. I wonder who is really the careless/inconsiderate and negligent one here - I don't think its you honey.

Verbal and mental abuse is just as worse as physical abuse.
You think you deserve that? Can we say "DIVORCE" and "ALIMONY"?

If it was such an urgent matter.. why couldn't he just go get the paper himself??

It sounds to me, like he needs to get his attitude in check, and start treating you better.
