I have Windows Vista Premium, my motherboard has a built in wireless card, I only seem to get internet when i restart the pc and after a few minutes it goes dead, and it cant seem to find any wireless router at my house. any idea??

Do you have a wireless router or are you attempting to connect to someone else? (If it is someone else then shame on you!)
If you do have your own router, is it setup correctly for you to connect.
Is your issue that you are too far from the router for it to work? Wireless only travels short distances to begin with, add to that your walls, cordless phones, etc and you can end up with ranges of 20-30 feet so check where your router is located in relation to where you are attempting to use it.
