Empoyee entitlements, are the rights that people have as employees of their workplace. A basic example of an employee entitlement, is the right to work in a place they feel secure. Another one is the right to be able to take breaks between work hours. Another one is the right to have two week paid vacations every year.There are an endless number of entitlements that employess have depending of the company but this 3 one I mentioned are universal..... some employers dont follow the rules according to this entitlements employees have, and they could get in trouble, if they are reported to the bureau of labor

Employees are entitled to a 15 minute break for every 4 hours of work and at least a half hour lunch after 6 hours of work

A safe and healthy workplace. In actuality, I don't think employee's have an entitlements.
